Payment Methods Accepted:
Blackberryden.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We don't charge your account until the day your order ships. For companies and governmental organizations, we also accept Purchase Orders. Please send us an email (including your fax number) at support@blackberryden.com to request a credit application and to set up a terms account.

Orders:
Ordering with Blackberryden.com over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from Blackberryden.com, you connect with Yahoo Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day. After your credit card information has been verified, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation. You will also receive a follow-up shipment notification email when your order has shipped. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. We gladly accept phone orders (phone orders will be processed and shipped next business day).

Your Privacy is Protected
Protecting your personal information and privacy is very, very important to us. We do NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone...period. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, you will have the option to opt-out of any future emails.

Is my item in stock?
We warehouse and maintain a large inventory of all items. If an item is on back order you will not be able to place a back order and there will NOT be an "add to cart" button. Occasionally sales of a particular item may exceed the available on-hand quantity. These items are shipped separately by UPS GROUND DELIVERY the very same day they arrive back into stock at no additional charge to the customer.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
Blackberryden.com uses UPS as our primary carrier for all orders. We DO NOT deliver to any P.O. Boxes.

You will automatically be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. If you are a Yahoo! member you can also check on the status of your order by going to www.shopping.yahoo.com and click on Shopping Account. UPS orders can be tracked on the UPS website www.ups.com. UPS tracking numbers can be tracked only after they are entered into the UPS tracking system, usually at the end of each business day. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (CST) will be processed next business day. Shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery and/or holidays. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.

Blackberryden.com currently offers the following shipping methods and flat shipping rates:
  • Standard Overnight- One business day ($29.99)
  • Two Day Air - Two business days ($14.99)
  • Ground Service- Approximately 3-7 business days ($7.95)
Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are slightly higher due to higher UPS charges. These prices are available during the checkout process.

If you receive free shipping on an order (during special promotions) and return any item(s) from the order, you will be charged (amount will be deducted from your refund) a $3.95 flat shipping and handling fee.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on destination.

From time to time we may expand or limit our shipping options due to order volume. On Ground orders we also may upgrade the shipping (at our expense) to meet the 3-7 business day delivery guarantee.

Blackberryden.com will not be held responsible for packages left outside a residence if signature service is not requested in the "Comments Section" during checkout or if the customer has a signature release on file with UPS.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Weather-related shipping delays: On rare occassions, deliveries to certain areas are delayed or suspended completely due to adverse weather activity. This is particularly true during Winter months. We are very sorry for the inconvenience these delays may cause. We hope you will understand that occasionally shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Please note the we will not provide shipping refunds due to weather related delays outside our control.

Refused Packages and Undeliverable Packages: Customers will be charged a service fee for the following:

- Refused packages

- Undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect address information

- Re-shipment of packages returned to us.

Sales Tax:
Orders that are shipped to addresses in IL. are subject to the Illinois state sales tax of 9.00%.

Volume Purchases:
Blackberryden.com is the right place to make volume purchases. We are pleased to offer this service to anyone who is buying large quantities. Please email us at support@blackberryden.com with your volume purchase request and we will reply with a quote within 24 to 48 business hours.

A Word About Product Packaging:
Because of our extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers we are able to carry a full range of Original (OEM) and aftermarket accessories on many popular Blackberry accessories. Most of our accessories are in "retail" packaging. We also carry a selected assortment of "loose packaging" or "bulk packaged" merchandise. These accessories usually come in "poly bag," "clamshell," or "generic box" packaging. Even though these products are brand new, they tend to be slightly less expensive (due to the less expensive packaging) than the same product that is "retail" packaged.

Security:
All orders on Blackberryden.com are processed with the latest 128-bit SSL encryption through Yahoo! Shopping. All shipping, billing, or credit card information is kept within our secure server. We do not sell or distribute our customer information to any outside organization or third party. The information we collect is strictly for product purchasing and to verify payment methods. Refunds/Returns:
Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product UNUSED (in new/original condition) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the item price (less original shipping charges).

PLEASE NOTE:
  • The 30-day period is NOT a trial period. Cases, batteries and other accessories returned with any signs of use and/or wear and tear will not be credited or be subject to a 15-30% used goods/restocking fee (based solely on our inspection of the product).
  • Restocking fees (up to 20%) will be applied to ANY product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories or manuals.
  • Any product returned past the 30 day return policy will either not be accepted for return or be subject to a 20% late fee..
  • Please do not write and/or tape on original packaging and/or product.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for any/all returned items.
  • Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we will not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Please inspect product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage, defect or shortage within 2 business days of delivery. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for any/all returned items. The only exception is if the item is defective upon delivery and we hear from the customer--via email--within 2 business days of delivery. Blackberryden.com will pay the shipping, handling, and return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our shipping error.

Bluetooth Products (Headsets, Keyboards): Without exception, there will be a 20% restocking fee for all open box Bluetooth product returns. In the event that your Bluetooth product may be defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Manufacturer's Technical Support Staff. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department at support@blackberryden.com.

To start your return, simply email us at support@blackberryden.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can ensure proper credit to your account. Your RMA number must appear on your return package label or clearly on the outside of the box/package. Please note that you must obtain an RMA number for both defective returns and/or non-defective returns. After you obtain the RMA number, package the product(s) up and include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the reason for the return. Ship the product(s) to be returned using a trackable means (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc) to the below address.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days after Blackberryden.com has received your return for your refund to be processed.

If a returned item has been discontinued, or is no longer in stock, Blackberryden.com will send a similar replacement at its discretion.

Technical Support
Technical support for Bluetooth headsets and Bluetooth keyboards is provided by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer maintains customer service and warranty channels for the end user (that's you).

Manufacturer’s Warranties:
Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from 90 days to one year). If your product breaks or becomes defective, you should send us an email at support@blackberryden.com. Some manufacturers require the product be sent back directly to them. Other products can be sent back to us for replacement. If your product becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping of the replacement back to you. If the product becomes defective after 30 days and meets the specific manufacturer's warranty criteria, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and for the shipping of the replacement back to you. You will need to include a pre-paid shipping label (or envelope/package with enough postage to cover shipping of the replacement back to you).

Exchange Policy:
Blackberryden.com does not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the item if it meets the criteria outlined in the Refunds/Returns Policy guidelines. When you return your item, you may then go ahead and make a new purchase. No shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Customer pays for all shipping fees acquired when sending the return item(s) back to Blackberryden.com.

Do you have a store or can I pick up my order?
We do not maintain a store location. Our business is primarily online which allows us to keep overhead to a minimum. While we do maintain offices, our products ship from a central location which is not equipped to handle customers directly. This enables us to keep costs down which is reflected in our prices.
